Question: How do I add vegetables (veggies) to my meals?

Answer:
Nutrition is life. Food is meant to be enjoyed but please we need to do so in a healthy manner. Vegetables are loaded with nutrients and antioxidants which are very essential for a healthy body. Unfortunately not many people enjoy dishes made with vegetables, either because of its chewy nature or bland taste. Good news, there are many ways to transform meals with vegetables from plain and boring to tasty and mouthwatering.
Say goodbye to boring vegetable based meals, Here are a few ways of enjoying vegetables :

1) STEAM veggies and spice it up with some natural spices. 
Spices that compliments the taste of cabbage include nutmeg, garlic,black peper, paprika and thyme.

2) BLEND  your favorite veggie to create a smoothie. 
 Add lemon or ginger to give your smoothie a refreshing taste.

3) STIR FRY veggies in a little amount of oil (1 tablespoon of oil). 
 Add some natural spices to add favor.   Virgin coconut oil adds a distinct flavor to stir fry.

4) PREPARE a side salad and jazz it up with some flaked fish/meat.

 Steam or grill meat/fish, with herbs or spices, before adding to salad.

5) CHOP IT UP and add to soups(okro, palmnut, groundnut soups).

6) SHRED veggies and toss in rice or other grains.  

Steam vegetables lightly before adding to grains.
